I just got home from my first closing shift at work. It was pretty good, and I got to order myself fettuccine alfredo. Yummy.
I generally prefer morning shifts, but I don’t think I’d mind a closing shift once a week. It’s nice to watch the sun set on the mountains, and the atmosphere is much different from the morning.
I’ll be in Seattle this weekend for a Ricochet meetup. I will probably be the youngest one there, but I don’t mind. I’ve been around a lot of young people lately—perhaps too many.
I open tomorrow, so I’m off to bad. Ta-ta for now.
